The Poetry Workshop organized by the PG Department of English was held on 22nd September 2025. The programme was inaugurated by Poet and Teacher Ms. Divya Devayani, who inspired the students with her insightful words on the power of poetry and creative expression.
The workshop session was conducted by Ms. Sheena Sarah Winny, Head of the PG Department of English, who guided the participants through various aspects of poetic composition, interpretation, and appreciation. The session encouraged students to explore their creativity and engage deeply with contemporary poetic forms.
Executive Director Rev. Fr. Devis felicitated the gathering during the inaugural session, appreciating the department’s initiative to promote literary engagement among students.
Students from various departments enthusiastically participated in the workshop, making it an enriching and interactive experience for all. The programme concluded with positive feedback from the participants, who expressed their keen interest in attending more such literary events in the future.
