RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The Postgraduate Department of English at Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies (Autonomous), Kodakara, organized a Research Methodology Workshop on 18 September 2025 for second- and third-year BA English students. Held from 1:30 PM to 2:20 PM, the session was led by Prof. (Dr.) Sanil Raj J, Professor of English and Dean of Student Affairs, who provided practical insights into research design, project planning, data collection, analysis, and academic documentation. The workshop aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of research methodologies in literary and academic contexts while offering personalized guidance for their projects. By focusing on systematic research practices and ethical standards, the session enhanced students’ confidence and competence in undertaking and presenting academic research effectively.
