On 1st July 2025, the PG Department of Commerce at Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara, organized a CMA Motivational Talk for commerce students, especially those aspiring to pursue professional certifications in management accounting. The session was led by CMA Madhu A.P, an eminent Cost and Management Consultant with extensive experience in the financial domain, both in India and abroad. The event was conducted at the college seminar hall from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM. The talk, titled “Vision 2030 – Role of Management/Financial Professionals”, aimed to enlighten students on the evolving landscape of finance and management in the context of global economic changes and the strategic role financial professionals are expected to play by 2030.
During the session, CMA Madhu A.P., who serves as Director and Partner in multiple reputed companies and consultancy firms, discussed the importance of strategic financial planning, cost control, and digital transformation in modern business environments. He also emphasized the significance of global exposure and professional qualifications in achieving career success. The session was highly interactive and allowed students to engage directly with the speaker, clarify doubts, and gain confidence in pursuing their professional goals.
