The PG Department of Commerce of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara, organized a Workshop on Management Games on 24th September 2025 in the Decennial Hall. The session was conducted by Dr. Vimal Babu, Associate Professor, SRM University, a well-known academician and expert in management studies. The workshop was held in two sessions — the first from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and the second from 1:00 p.m. to 2:20 p.m.
The session provided students with an interactive learning experience through a variety of management games designed to enhance decision-making, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Dr. Vimal Babu skillfully linked theoretical management concepts to real-life applications, allowing students to understand how effective management practices can be implemented in organizational settings. The games encouraged active participation and created an engaging environment where students learned the importance of collaboration and strategic thinking in achieving business goals. The workshop proved to be both enjoyable and educational, leaving a lasting impression on the participants.
