Department of Geology, in association with IQAC, organized an Institutional field visit to Regional Science Centre, Chalakudy, on September 26, 2005, for 3rd year Geology students. The Regional Science Centre in Chalakudy is a well-equipped facility dedicated to promoting scientific literacy and inquiry-based learning among students and the general public. The students engaged with a variety of interactive exhibits that demonstrated fundamental concepts in Physics, Biology, and Environmental Science. The hands-on nature of these displays encouraged experiential learning, allowing students to observe scientific principles in action. The Regional Science Centre, Chalakudy is a great place to ignite scientific curiosity . It provides a hands-on, minds-on experience, making science accessible and enjoyable for students. The visit concluded at 2.00 pm and students were return back to the college.
